GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- There
will be regular classes till 1:15pm on the days of the test.
- There
is no preparatory leave and regular classes will be held on the days when
there is no test.
- Arrival time
on all the days: 7:40am
- Dispersal time
on all the days: 1:15pm
- Students
of classes III- X must ensure that they have their ASSESSMENT COPY on
the day of the test.
- Attendance
is compulsory on all the days.

Assessment Pattern for Class VI – VIII for the Academic Session 2010-2011
The assessment of the student is based on the formative and summative assessment carried throughout the year. . Formative assessment is the internal assessment to be assessed by the respective subject teachers and Summative assessment is in the form of written test.
Formative Assessment I
1. The Formative Assessment I will commence in the month of July/August 2010.
Revision Test I
1. The Revision Test I will commence in the month of July 2010.
2. The syllabus covered in the months of April and May will be assessed in the Revision Test I.
Summative Assessment I
1. The Summative Assessment -I will be held in September 2010.
2. Syllabus covered in the months of April, May, July, August and September will be assessed.
Formative Assessment II
1. The Formative Assessment I will commence in the month of Dec/Jan 2010.
Revision Test II
1. The Revision Test II will be held in December 2010.
2. Syllabus covered in the months of October and November will be assessed in Revision Test II
Summative Assessment II
1. The Summative Assessment II will be held in February/March 2010.
2. Syllabus covered in the months of October, November, December, January and February will be assessed .

Formative assessment is the internal assessment to be assessed by the respective subject teachers and Summative Assessment in the form of written test.
