As per the directives issued to Government Aided & Private Schools, the FIT INDIA MOVEMENT has gathered momentum. Periods like Dance, Aerobics for boosting flexibility and agility among the children from the middle school basic modules to boost upper body strength for the senior and senior secondary have been allocated its due place in the Time Table. All the activity teachers and PTIs are on their toes inspiring their students to do exercises half-an-hour in the morning and repeating the same in the evening as a compulsory regimen.
Each child looks forward to these periods right from the morning and enjoy some time for the training sessions where activity teachers demonstrate how exercise or dance and aerobics need to be done. These periods are religiously followed on online time table platforms.
