Adolescence is a traditional phase between adulthood and childhood. He/She is very confused and express irrational behavior. Aadharshila Vidyapeeth understood this concern very well and hence, a counseling session was organized for Adolescent Girls regarding Health Related Problems of classes VI-VIII on Wednesday, 16 October 2019 in the school auditorium.
The spokespersons instructed the girls to eat wholesome meals and beat all types of cramps and stress during menstruation and the need to maintain personal hygiene all the time.
The students interacted with the spokesperson. Children enjoyed the question/answer round the most. All their queries and health-related problems were given a hearing and solutions were suggested for the same.
It was an informative and highly motivating session.
