Variety is the spice of life and our country’s is rich heritage and culture are living testimony to it. Every state has its own appeal and folklore and brings them all on stage seems like a challenge. To easen this massive task Aadharshila Vidyapeeth hosted the inter-school folk dance competition in the school auditorium on Wednesday,9th October 2019 . A variety of beautiful dancers embellished with the folklore and dresses of different states pirouetted on the stage. It was the day that heralded folk culture around the world. A wide range of folk dancers from Maharashtra to Bengal and Punjab to Nagaland put their best foot forward and took centre stage. The Haryanvi dance, the dance from Nagaland and Bengal everyone’s heart. The parameters of judgment were presentation, innovation, props, and dresses. The winners proudly took their goodies back home. They were the cynosure of all eyes.
