Most of the time ignorance becomes the root cause of all evil. People are ignorant plus careless about the dangerous consequences of consuming intoxicants life tobacco, pan masala, etc., and hence get addicted to these harmful products. A Special Assembly was organised in Aadharshila Vidyapeeth for classes VI-XII on 7th October 2019 on ‘Say No to Tobacco’. They languish in diseases like oral cancer intestinal cancer and their body parts are sometimes amputated. The teacher speaker guided the students about smokers too who think it’s cool to smoke. Smokers are active users of cigarettes but even passive smokers are at risk.
The students and teachers received the message well and understood the concern. They would also stop the others who use tobacco for instance the van driver, car drivers, etc. It was a highly motivating assembly
