Personal cleanliness and hygiene is every individual’s birthright. Right values and good habits have to be inculcated in the formative years itself. In keeping with the same belief, Aadharshila Vidyapeeth conducted a Special Assembly on Thursday, 10th October 2019 for classes II – V in the Assembly ground; titled “Importance of Hand Wash day”. A skit was presented on the stage and the importance of personal hygiene and cleanliness was reiterated. It was a pleasure to see young children realizing the importance of such a grave tenet and following it up. The teacher speaker instructed students on the need for maintaining good health and keeping the body free of diseases that spread through germs. The lesson was driven home in the assembly.
